The staff was extremely helpful, from assisting with airport transfers to recommending activities. The location allowed easy access to major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the decoration was pleasing. The communication with the staff before arrival was efficient. A great experience overall; would definitely return.

The location was perfect, just a short 350 meter walk to the Cemberlitas tram station, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was atmospheric and the room was spacious and clean. The friendly staff provided excellent service and were always there to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and there was even a small shop next to the hotel for convenience.
That the toilet seat was broken during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms being very comfortable and clean beyond our expectations. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and pleasant design. The location was perfect, as it was close to the tram station, great to easily explore the city. it was within walking distance of the main attractions, making it convenient for us to visit the famous sights.
